Performed a release survey to support the removal of the C TEAM facility from Exelon's license and allow the sale of the building. Our team developed the Release Survey Plan for the facility, performed the release survey, and wrote a final survey report for submittal to the State of Illinois. The survey consisted of more than 395,000 measurements in a survey area of approximately 1000 square meters. Independent verification surveys, performed by the State of Illinois, confirmed the results of the survey and resulted in the removal of the facility from the license. The amount of time needed from notification to proceed to submittal of the final survey report to Exelon was 10 days.
